Main purpose of the job: Work as part of a team to represent ECS Systems and provide clients with an efficient, accurate and helpful service.

Specific Duties:
- Take telephone calls promptly; confidently and politely ask the right questions to decide the action needed.
- Give basic instructions to assist clients with technical issues.
- Monitor the client support mailbox, respond promptly to requests and take action to resolve the issue for the client.
- Book the work in the engineer diary on the client database. Include detailed and accurate information to cover; scope of works, include labour time, site access arrangements, equipment PO, parts or monitoring needed, other engineers or contractors required and any special tools or equipment needed
- Monitor the engineers diary to ensure maximum profitability.
- Order parts needed for jobs. Ensure all parts are issued to engineers in enough time for works to be completed without issue
- Review completed engineer job-sheets, communicate with engineers for further information and ensure correct information is included if job needs a quote or a return visit.
- Raise invoices for completed works and send them onto the correct person.
- When relevant gain a purchase order or take payment from the client before booking the engineer.
- Review client complaints; investigate the circumstances and the facts and suggest a solution to the client. If unable to resolved escalate to the relevant Manager, presenting all the information needed.
- Work with the accounts team to resolve outstanding invoices.
- When requested, create risk assessments and method statements
- When using subcontractors, follow the subcontractor process.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance to existing and future certification (NSI/BAFE etc.)
