Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and excellent communication skills to contribute to a professional environment. The Administrator will utilise a range of computer programmes and organisational tools to manage data, correspondence, and scheduling effectively.
You will be supporting the client delivery teams and all offices in all administrative and day to day operational matters, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team. These may include managing meeting rooms, looking after facilities, coordination of team meetings, coordination of diaries for Managers, Associates and Directors for client meetings, supporting events, filing and other tasks as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area which will include greeting clients
- Post is dealt with in a timely manner
- Incoming calls are answered in a timely manner
- The amount of abandoned /missed incoming calls is limited
- Professional behaviour is exhibited at all times
- Clients are greeted appropriately and in line with our values
- Ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy and with attention to detail
- Communicates progress and any issues appropriately
- Understand the tasks, own responsibilities for the tasks and in relation to the deadline
- Takes ownership of the tasks
- Bank confirmations are sent out before the year end
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, essentially within outlook and word
- Effective organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Production of accurate and timely work within your service line
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively as part of a wider team
- Developing understanding of data protection requirements
