The Derbyshire Federation for Mental Health (DFMH) is a local charity supporting people who are living with, or recovering from, mental ill health. We are looking for a compassionate and organised Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team, based at our Greenaway Wellbeing Hub in Darley Dale.
Wellbeing Coordinator
Position is part-time – 21 hours per week. (We will consider this position as a job share. Please express the number of hours you are looking for in your cover letter).
Salary negotiable (£14.21 – £15.71) dependent on experience (plus 3% pension contribution)
Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2027 - pending confirmation of funding.
This is a part-time post of 21 hours per week. We are happy to discuss and agree working days and times with the successful candidate, depending on service needs. The role is based at our Greenaway Wellbeing Hub in Darley Dale, with travel across Derby and Derbyshire.
We are looking for a Wellbeing Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our wellbeing services at the Greenaway Wellbeing Hub and throughout the county. The coordinator will offer activities and groups throughout the week to help people improve their wellbeing, build life skills, manage their mental health and move forward in their recovery journeys. This role will coordinate referrals into our wellbeing services, delivery of courses and workshops for staff, service users and external partners, and help develop services that respond to the needs of the local community. The postholder will also promote our services locally, build positive links with other organisations and support the volunteers who help deliver our wellbeing and recovery activities.

A full driving licence and use of a car for work purposes is essential as travel to various locations is required.
