Engineer's House, based in Clifton, Bristol is a unique hotel and conference centre.
We are now looking for the following exciting opportunity to join our team.
Hospitality Food and Beverage Assistant
Main purpose of the role:
To provide general support across all areas of the business in order to offer a first class service provision to all clients.
Key duties
To provide customer support to all clients in line with the current Customer Care policy.
To prepare conference and syndicate rooms in line the current standard operating procedures and to the clients specific requirements.
To liaise with clients regarding bespoke room layouts and specific requirements, and act on these immediately or relay them to the Assistant Manager or support supervisors.
The service of all food and beverages throughout each day to the highest standards.
To be responsible at all times
To work within a specific location of the venue each day, this depending on the location of events during this period of COVID 19.
To be responsible for sanitising all areas of your location every hour or 30 minutes – 1 hour.
To set up of training and refreshment rooms during the day and at the end of the day ready for the following,
Provide refreshments and lunch during each day within your allocated area (this could be 2 lounges), cleaning down all areas as you go whilst distancing from customers.
Set up and then seal of each room prior to leaving when all set up and sanitising is completed to your line managers satisfaction each day.
To undertake any other reasonable duty as required by your duty/line manager.
This role is based on working 5 days out of 7 as required, including weekends and some evenings.
