Experienced C.D.P. required for the New Drumossie Hotel in Inverness.
Here at Drumossie Hotel we have a fantastic opportunity, we are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team. You will be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the team.
The hotel has 44 luxury bedrooms, a 50 seat restaurant and a busy wedding/ banquet hall. You will have the relevant experience, working with great Highland produce, As well as being confident and approachable, commitment, enthusiasm and energy are essential along with excellent communication skills.
Located in 10 acres of mature woodlands just minutes from the A9 within easy reach of Inverness the Drumossie Hotel is a fantastic place to work. The hotel has 44 luxury bedrooms, a 50-cover restaurant and a 400-capacity banquet hall for weddings and events, in our conferencing and banqueting centre. You will be offered company benefits like special rates for you and your family on stays throughout the estate of over 30 luxury hotels. You also receive 28 days holiday per annum and chef prepared meals on duty. The position is full time 5/7 days per week and involves a mixture of morning, mid and evening shifts.
