Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) – Full or Part Time
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team at Aspire Day Nursery, Surbiton. If you have experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting and a genuine love for early years development, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that supports every child’s development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high standards of care (physical, emotional, social, and intellectual)
- Support and promote safeguarding and child welfare at all times
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Act as a key person for a group of children
- Monitor, assess, and record children’s development
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent childcare
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Experience working in a nursery or similar childcare setting
- Passion for early childhood development
- Proactive, reliable, and a good timekeeper
- Creative, fun, and energetic approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Additional Information
- Full enhanced DBS check and references are required
- Duties may include supporting daily routines such as meal prep, cleaning, and personal care (including nappy changing)
