Job Description
We are looking for a Paving Labourer with some experience in construction or outdoor manual work to join our team. You will be involved in installing drives, paths, patios and fencing at domestic properties and expected to learn all aspects of the role.

This is a very physically demanding job. It involves lifting, digging, moving heavy materials, working outdoors in all weather, and keeping a steady work pace throughout the day. If you avoid hard work, struggle with physical tasks, or prefer lighter duties, please do not apply.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with installation of driveways, patios, paths and fencing
- Digging out and preparing areas
- Mixing and moving materials
- Using hand tools and basic equipment
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe
- Working as part of a small team or independently
- Respecting clients’ homes and property at all times
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Must be able to travel to our depot in Hemsworth, West Yorkshire
- Physically fit and able to carry out demanding manual work
- Honest, reliable, flexible and able to work outdoors in any weather
- Experience in paving, landscaping or groundwork preferred
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
About the Role
- Full-time position
- Weekly pay in arrears through the CIS scheme
- Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during busy periods
- Immediate start available
- Pay is negotiable depending on experience
