Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Cleaner to join our team in Basingstoke. Duties
- Clean and sanitise designated areas including offices, communal spaces, and washrooms to high standards
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces regularly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied frequently
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Adapt to different cleaning tasks based on client requirements and schedule
Skills
- Basic communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact courteously with clients and colleagues
- Good organisational skills to manage cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Customer service orientation with a friendly approach towards clients and visitors
- Driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between multiple sites but not essential for all positions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
