Job Overview
Grounds Technicians work as part of a fully trained and supervised team, maintaining gardens and grounds across the Home Counties and Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities
- Perform all grounds maintenance core duties:
- Mowing
- Strimming
- Hedge cutting
- Leaf blowing
- Litter picking
The role requires reliability, attention to detail and a common sense "can-do" attitude.
Customer & Service delivery
- Adhere to all company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure customer service and service delivery to a high standard
- Wear the appropriate uniform and PPE at all times
Communication & time - Keeping
- Communicate effectively.
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- Ensure to record accurately their own time-keeping and report any concerns.
Health & Safety
- Comply with Company’s Health & Safety Policy and procedures .
- Ensure use of PPE as and when the job requires.
- Follow the safety procedures whilst operating the motor equipment.
- Report Health and Safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Support the Health & Safety appointed person as required.
Role Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- A proficient level of knowledge and confidence to use digital apps is benificial.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
