Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Location: West Cumbria Locations
Hours: 35 hours per week, 7 hours daily, flexible.
Rate of Pay: £13.62 per hour

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To flexibly support our cleaning teams across the area, by delivering a high standard cleaning service for our customers, ensuring that areas are hygienic, clean and safe for people to use. To always operate in a safe manner, observing company health and safety policies and guidelines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Cleaning and Standards
- Travel to, and work from, any of the sites in your ‘area’ as support is required
- Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- To be punctual with your time-keeping; operating a quick and efficient cleaning service without compromising on quality of the service delivered
- Ensure uniforms are worn at all times on site; displaying a professional image of our company
- Follow instructions when given for specific requirements at various facilities
- Report any problems or broken equipment to the appropriate site supervisor, or your line manager, as soon as possible
- Undertake training as necessary to maintain the requirements of specific contracts
Customer Service and Teamwork
- To display a positive attitude to your work and be a proactive member of the team
- Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers
- Understand the customer’s service requirements, participating in the development of service provision as and when required
General
Travel to, and work from, any of the sites in your ‘area’ as support is requested and required. These requests may be made with very short notice, so flexibility is key
Health, Safety and Environment
- Act responsibly in relation to all matters which may affect the Health and Safety of yourselves and others whilst on Company premises, customers’ premises and travelling between sites, and to adhere to safety regulations at all times
- Observe all safety procedures and instructions and assist in maintaining a safe workplace and reporting any accidents, hazards, near misses, damages or defects to tools and equipment to the appropriate person
- Wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE) and use any safety devices provided by the company at the relevant times
- Only use equipment you’ve been trained to use
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential: Valid full driving licence
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry with supervisory experience
- Previous cleaning experience
- Training will be provided where applicable
