Solar Electrician – Renewable Energy Sector
All Solar Works Ltd is a growing renewable energy company based in Worthing, specialising in solar PV and battery storage installations for residential and commercial customers across the South East.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for:
- An experienced Solar Electrician looking to progress within a fast-growing renewable energy business, or
- A qualified electrician seeking to transition into the solar sector with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and test solar PV systems, battery storage systems, and associated electrical equipment
- Carry out AC and DC wiring in accordance with MCS standards and BS 7671 regulations
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and solar system faults efficiently
- Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical and solar installations
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard in line with MCS and RECC requirements
- Work closely with project managers, surveyors, and installation teams to deliver projects on time
- Maintain accurate records of installations, commissioning data, and completed works
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential
- JIB Gold Card, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in electrical installation, testing, and fault finding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Solar PV installation experience
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
- Knowledge of MCS standards and DNO/G99 processes
- Experience with battery storage or EV charging systems
