William H Brown Estate Agency are looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join them in North Walsham.
We are looking for an exceptional person who has the skills, attributes and drive to improve our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process. You will need to be adaptable, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The area attracts a wide range of buyers, from first-time purchasers and growing families to downsizers and investors, providing excellent opportunities for mortgage and protection business

Main Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support
- Attract and retain new customers through mortgage and protection advice
- Provide expert mortgage and protection recommendations
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are maintained
- Meet and exceed performance and revenue targets
- Generate and develop referrals within the branch network
Skills and Experience Required
- Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Consultant or Mortgage Broker
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a customer-focused and results-driven environment
- Passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Full UK Driving Licence
