The Tap Yard is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic bar manager to join our new team! As our bar manager, you will stay calm under pressure, be capable of encouraging the bar and floor staff and be professional with customers at all times ensuring they are been offered the best service.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in managing, training and developing the team
- To provide excellent customer service
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Hold the duties of a key holder
- Manage stock levels including monthly counts
Essential Experience:
- ·At least 1 year of management experience in a similar setting.
