Part Time, Full Time & Flexible Hours Available
Location: Braintree, Essex
The Insulation Specialists UK Team Ltd is looking for confident, friendly and professional individuals to join our growing team.
This role involves speaking with homeowners and arranging appointments for our field team. You will be the first point of contact, so a confident telephone manner and strong communication skills are essential.
No industry experience is required as full training will be provided.
The Role
- Contact homeowners by telephone
- Arrange appointments for our field team
- Record appointment details and notes
What We’re Looking For

- Friendly and approachable personality
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using a computer
- Reliable, positive and self motivated
Previous experience in appointment setting, customer contact roles, recruitment, hospitality, estate agency or sales would be beneficial but is not essential.
