Joiner / Installation Specialist (Secondary Glazing)
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Joiner / Installation Specialist to join our team. This role is ideally suited to a professional with a strong background in kitchen fitting or high-end joinery, someone who takes genuine pride in their work and consistently delivers exceptional standards of finish.
Due to the premium nature of our secondary glazing products, we require individuals who understand precision, care, and the importance of getting installations right first time—without compromise.
As a Joiner / Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our bespoke secondary glazing systems. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
This is a team-based role involving regular UK-wide travel and frequent overnight stays. Flexibility is key in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Install secondary glazing to a high standard (alignment, sealing, operation)
- Carry out maintenance, servicing, and fault-finding
- Repair or replace components (glass, frames, seals, hardware)
- Deliver excellent on-site customer service
- Complete job reports and follow health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Proven background in joinery, kitchen fitting, or high-quality installation work
- Experience working on-site within construction or commercial environments
- Previous window or glazing experience is advantageous (secondary glazing preferred but not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- CSCS card or equivalent would be preferred.
