This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Administrator to join our team . Fresh Finance Group Ltd are a successful long-established Mortgage and Protection firm who provide tailored advice to mortgage and protection clients
We are looking for an individual who has experience working within the Financial Services / legal / Property industry & would like to further develop their knowledge and administration skills with the real possibility of progressing into Para Planning or Mortgage Advice. A full and part time role is available for the right candidate with flexible working hours.
The role
Receiving and acting on instructions from the financial advisers.
Processing New Business through to completion for life insurance and mortgage products.
Creating and producing suitability letters and reports.
Using various research and quoting systems.
Obtaining product information from providers.
Liaising with clients and product providers on outstanding documents and queries.
Ensuring all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis.
Who we are looking for:
You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a Financial Adviser practice is desirable, but not essential
It is essential that you have a working understanding of using Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
A friendly, motivated individual who is confident liaising with customers in a professional manner.
Someone with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
The ability to manage your own time, as part of a small but busy team.
