Role: Senior Care Assistant - Days and Nights Available
Location: Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire
Salary: £14.85–£15.07 per hour (+ £0.50 per hour for night shifts)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (No Sponsorship Available)
Edenvale Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for experienced Senior Care Assistants to join a modern residential care home in Leighton Buzzard. Day and night positions are available.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll lead by example, deliver outstanding person-centred care, and support residents to live with dignity, independence, and respect.
The Role
You'll lead and support Care Assistants, administer medication, update care plans, supervise staff, maintain accurate records, and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered on every shift.
We are looking for Senior Care Assistants with:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role with elderly residents
- Medication administration experience
- Compassionate, reliable and team-focused
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS
