We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager with a strong M&E background to join a major data centre project in South Wales.
Working for a leading main contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring all mechanical and electrical installations are delivered to the highest quality standards, supporting project teams through inspection, testing, commissioning and handover phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage project quality plans and inspection test plans (ITPs)
- Carry out quality inspections and audits across M&E installations
- Monitor compliance with project specifications, client requirements and industry standards
- Review quality documentation, commissioning records and handover packs
- Work closely with site management, subcontractors and commissioning teams
- Identify non-conformances and manage corrective actions through to close out
- Support quality reporting and client-facing quality meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Senior QA/QC professional
- Strong M&E background with data centre, mission critical, pharmaceutical or large-scale industrial project experience
- Excellent understanding of commissioning and quality assurance processes
- Experience managing quality documentation and inspection records
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- CSCS Card and relevant industry qualifications
