Are you a qualified Paramedic?
Do you want to work for an organisation that respects, supports and helps develop all its staff?
Then Central Medical Services may be just the right organisation for you.
We’re currently recruiting Ambulance Paramedics for frontline roles, patient transfer services and events across the UK.
Fully Funded CERAD Training Opportunity
As part of our commitment to developing our staff, we are also offering a fully funded CERAD course for eligible candidates.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your emergency response driving skills with the cost of the course covered by us.
To apply for the fully funded CERAD opportunity, you will need:
- A minimum C1 driving entitlement
- A valid HCPC PIN and professional registration as a Paramedic
- A recognised Paramedic qualification
- A full UK driving licence
- To successfully complete our recruitment and compliance process
Whether you are an experienced Paramedic or looking to develop your skills further, we can provide support and training opportunities to help you progress.
How do you know if you’re suitable?
- You’ll be a fully qualified Paramedic with professional HCPC registration.
- You’ll be ready for your next move to an organisation with a great culture — fun but professional, with a strong client base.
- You’ll have a full UK driving licence with a minimum of two years’ experience.
- We can usually accept up to 3 points on your driving licence, depending on the nature of the endorsements.
What will you be doing?
We’re not going to list all the duties involved with the role, as we expect you’re qualified, compassionate and fully understand the role of a Paramedic.
We do look to recruit people who have a positive approach and outlook, can deal confidently with stressful and challenging situations, and support colleagues in delivering first-class medical care.
You could be working for us at one of our NHS Trust partners in a frontline or Patient Transfer role.
Alternatively, you may be interested in undertaking duties at some of the events we provide medical cover for, including:
- Motor racing
- Carnivals
- Festivals
- Sporting events
- Boxing
- Football matches
- Hockey tournaments
You’ll enjoy working with state-of-the-art ambulances and medical vehicles, all fully stocked with the latest equipment.
