We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive Student Recruitment Marketing team, playing a critical role in delivering personalised. targeted student recruitment and marketing activities, as well as providing leadership across a range of business areas to ensure consistent, best practice CRM activity across the full student recruitment journey.
You will work primarily in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), to manage the development of complex and dynamic customer journeys which power personalised, targeted marketing activities. You’ll also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and system development for the CRM system and associated technologies and delivering new and innovative ways of working, supporting training and development where required.
You'll work with the CRM Data and Insights Manager to ensure high data quality and integrity in our CRM system, collaborating with teams across student recruitment, marketing and Digital Technology Services. You’ll provide expertise and advice to ensure high data standards, GDPR compliance, and support technical enhancements to enhance performance and user experience.
You are a CRM specialist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing the boundaries to plan and optimise CRM campaigns to meet business objectives. You’re comfortable working with relational data and complex audience information to create customer journeys and can share knowledge and expertise to develop and implement a CRM strategy across student recruitment that ensures consistency, compliance and high-quality engagements with future students.
We are looking for someone with:
- Extensive CRM experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics and in the context of student recruitment.
- A pro-active approach to using and developing new systems and software.
- An exceptional communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build relationships and demonstrate leadership across functional boundaries.
- Experience of navigating complex regulatory environments, with strong working knowledge of GDPR.
- Experience in Higher Education is desirable, along with experience of managing CRM integrations and using data extraction and reporting tools.
