Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations
- Follow food safety standards and proper food preparation procedures at all times
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems and handle basic math calculations
- Assist in kitchen tasks or food preparation when necessary to support smooth operations
- Ensure guest needs are met promptly, addressing any concerns with professionalism and positivity
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic culinary practices is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and order calculations
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
