Duties
- Lead and manage all store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and high standards of customer service

- Oversee sales management initiatives to meet or exceed targets through effective team collaboration and strategic planning
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote product visibility
- Implement efficient time management practices to optimize staffing schedules, stock replenishment, and operational workflows
- Handle administrative responsibilities including inventory control, sales reporting, and compliance documentation

Skills
