Role overview:
One Stop Refurbs Ltd is seeking a Principal Trade Joiner with general building knowledge to join a friendly and professional team in Burnley. The role is hands-on and varied, ideal for an all-rounder with strong joinery skills and wider property maintenance experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and carry out a variety of joinery and general building tasks in residential and commercial properties
- Undertake general maintenance and repair work, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical tasks where competent
- Assist with and sometimes lead property refurbishments and upgrades
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and management
- Use initiative to solve on-site problems and plan work effectively
About you:
- Proven experience as a joiner with a broader general building or maintenance background
- Good knowledge of tools, equipment, and safe working practices
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Work location: In person, within approximately 25 miles of Burnley
