Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, curious, and reliable Laboratory Technician to support the development and production of premium skincare products. This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in science, skincare, food, beauty, or product development. Formal qualifications are less important than attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. If you have some commercial experience that would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare laboratory batches and product samples.
- Assist with product development, testing, and stability trials.
- Accurately record results and maintain laboratory documentation.
- Organise raw materials, samples, and laboratory equipment.
- Support quality control and production activities.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Practical, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Interest or experience in skincare, cosmetics, food production, hospitality, science, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- Candidates from diverse backgrounds are welcome, including chefs, bakers, food technologists, beauty professionals, or individuals with laboratory experience.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
