Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Site Supervisor/Cleaner who is experienced, hardworking, reliable and flexible. We require someone who:
- Has a keen eye for detail to ensure school is safe, clean and well maintained
- Has experience with carrying out first line repairs and maintenance
- Is able to manage their own workload and priorities
- Lock and unlock the school and carry out security checks on the building.
- Undertake cleaning duties.
- Carry out and record basic checks and help maintain Health & Safety records.
- Support the maintenance of the property and grounds, including liaising with contractors.
- Monitor site stocks and order supplies.
- Carry out minor repairs and painting or have experience of DIY
- Show willingness to attend training courses including Health & Safety.
- Act as a key holder.
- To be flexible in their approach to work.
This position is part time, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
- Experience of undertaking manual tasks (e.g. maintenance, DIY etc.) and cleaning expereince
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 qualification in Caretaking (or equivalent)
- Understanding of maintaining Health & Safety records.
Essential Experience
Clean driving licence and access to a car
Desirable Experience
- Experience of security-related duties
