Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in commercial settings, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Clear trash bins regularly and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are consistently maintained at high standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the facility’s appearance.
Experience
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
