We are looking for an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on, warehouse-based role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, inventory is managed accurately, and operational processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce operations and order fulfilment activities.
- Oversee warehouse staff, workflows, and productivity.
- Receive, inspect, and organise incoming deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels across multiple sales channels.
- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and marketplace partners.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and optimise marketplace operations across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms.
- Implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations is essential.
- Proven experience managing Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organisational, planning, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good IT skills, including inventory and stock management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
