Sales & Letting Negotiator - Trainee considered:
5 days a week, will consider four day week but must include every Saturday
Job Types:
Full time: 12 month contract with the view of being ongoing
Working Hours :
Saturday working 9.00am - 5.00pm is required as part of the working week
Weekdays 9.00am - 6.00pm
Experience:
Not essential, good IT and administration ability is required.
Location:
Bexleyheath, Kent & surrounding areas
Basic Salary:
Full time Salary: TBC *on age and experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide expert advice on the local property market
- Organize property viewings and negotiate offers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage property listings and marketing efforts
- Ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in estate agency or customer service (preferred, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, approachable attitude and a team player mentality
- Driven and proactive with a passion for helping people
- Full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle
- Good knowledge of the local area
