We have an exciting opportunity arising for a professional, energetic individual to provide leadership to the care team at the Cyder Barn Care Home in West Pennard.
The successful applicant will be working towards, be prepared to work towards or hold a Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and/or Health & Social Care or similar/higher qualification, and will have previous experience of working in a Senior Care role within a similar environment.
You will strive for quality in everything you do; recognising and understanding what quality in care means for people using your service. You will improve outcomes for people, ensuring people are treated with kindness, respect and dignity.
You will ensure accurate and legible records are maintained and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements. You will provide leadership for the service and staff teams, creating and upholding an open, positive and inclusive management culture, supportive of the home's manager and company policies and procedures.
