Competitive Basic Salary - On Target Earnings £30,000 - £40,000 (Uncapped Commission) - Career Progression
5 day working week - full time.
Covering the historic market town of Harleston and the surrounding villages of Waveney Valley, Your Move is growing it's team and looking for experienced agents to get in touch.
Daily Duties Include...
- Dealing with incoming telephone and branch enquiries
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Securing new business, such as valuations to meet desired targets
- Managing your own client base and diary
- Progressing of Sales through to completion on behalf of your clients
- Negotiating of offers
- Outbound calling & canvassing
Our ideal candidate would be...
- An individual with prior estate agency experience
- Motivated and driven with experience or ability to work under pressure / towards targets
- Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving skills
- A person with good communication and inter-personal skills
- A full UK driver's licence holder with access to vehicle (essential)
