Salary: £36,816 per annum (Overtime available)
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00-17:30, 40 hours per week
Location: W12 7FA
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily delivery of breakfast and lunch service, ensuring high standards are consistently met.

Support the management and execution of the hospitality offering, ensuring seamless service for all events and functions.

Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Lead, motivate, and develop a front-of-house team of 7, driving performance, engagement, and service excellence.

Manage the day-to-day operation, deputising for the General Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of service.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Champion food promotions, merchandising, displays and the overall customer experience.

Ensure training, risk assessments and health & safety records are kept up to date.

Investigate and report health & safety incidents, implementing improvements where required.

Work closely with chef teams to deliver healthy, nutritious, responsibly sourced menus that reflect current food trends.
