The role: Do you thrive on building positive relationships and ensuring smooth operations? This exciting role offers you the opportunity to provide exceptional support across our Retail and Wholesale channels, playing a key part in our customer success.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing customer inquiries and requests across all channels.-
Assisting with administrative tasks to streamline customer management.

Loading product information and marketing materials to keep our platforms up-to-date.

Supporting customer visits for a positive experience.

Liaising with Wholesale clients to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.

Logging and tracking orders to support data-driven decisions.

Fulfilling sauce orders and organising events to drive sales and brand awareness.

Assisting with social media strategy and PR activities to elevate brand engagement.
