A typical day
Every day brings something different. You'll spend your time speaking with customers, representing our clients and helping people find products and services that suit their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service
- Answering questions and providing product information
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Promoting products and services that match customer requirements
- Supporting customer acquisition campaigns
- Working towards individual and team goals
- Representing client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
This is a customer service position that includes a sales element, so you'll be encouraged to build confidence, develop your communication skills and learn how to create positive customer experiences.
