Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, organised, and ambitious Trainee Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in management. You will receive hands-on training across all areas of the business, including operations, administration, team management, and executive support.
Working closely with the CEO and senior management, you will gain valuable experience while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
No previous management experience is required – we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Duties
- Assist with the day-to-day management of business operations.
- Provide administrative support, including managing emails, documents, records, and scheduling.
- Work directly with the CEO to support business projects, planning, and daily priorities.
- Help coordinate staff rotas, meetings, and operational activities.
- Monitor tasks and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration when required.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and assist with business planning.
- Help implement company policies and operational procedures.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support the business.
