Business Analyst (E-Commerce & Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week at PSP IT, Spalding and 1 day per week at client premises in London (remaining days remote, subject to project requirements)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation programme involving e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can confidently bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Working as part of a wider transformation programme, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring business needs are translated into clear functional requirements.
A key part of this role is supporting the implementation and integration of an e-commerce platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This is a hands-on Business Analyst position requiring excellent stakeholder engagement skills and previous experience working on digital transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders.
- Analyse current ("As-Is") business processes and design future ("To-Be") processes.
- Produce high-quality documentation including:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Specifications
- User Stories
- Process Maps
- Gap Analysis
- Use Cases
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers and Test Teams.
- Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Analyse data flows, integrations and business processes.
- Work alongside e-commerce specialists to improve customer journeys and online purchasing experiences.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify risks, dependencies and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
Essential Skills & Experience
Applicants must have demonstrable experience in:
- Business Analysis within digital transformation programmes.
- Delivering projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Working on e-commerce platforms and online customer journeys.
- Business process mapping.
- Requirements elicitation and documentation.
- User Story creation.
- Stakeholder management at all organisational levels.
- Running workshops and facilitating business discussions.
- Gap Analysis.
- UAT planning and execution.
- Working within Agile delivery environments.
Highly Desirable Experience
Experience in one or more of the following would be highly advantageous:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Optimizely, Magento (Adobe Commerce), BigCommerce or similar
- Customer portals
- Payment gateways

- APIs and system integrations
