We're looking for an inspiring and motivated Lead Tutor to join our growing team. This is far more than a teaching role it's an opportunity to lead programmes, mentor colleagues, shape provision and make a lasting difference to young people's lives.
Every day you'll see the impact of your work as learners achieve milestones they never thought possible.

-
Lead and deliver our Pre-Supported Internship programme

Teach engaging English, maths and employability sessions
-
Support learners to progress into Supported Internships and employment

Coordinate Practical Skills and Supported Internship provision across the team
-

An experienced tutor, teacher or trainer

What we're looking for
Experience supporting learners with EHCPs, employability or Supported Internships would be highly desirable.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their education career.
Whether you're already leading programmes or you're an experienced tutor ready to develop into leadership, this role offers the chance to influence provision, develop colleagues and transform outcomes for young people.
