Ensure compliance with GDPR, Health & Safety and fundraising regulations.
Develop and deliver an Income Generation Strategy to grow philanthropic and commercial income year-on-year. Represent STST at external events, building relationships with patrons, sponsors and partners, and support funding applications and art sales alongside the Artistic Director.Person Specification:
- Proven track record in income generation, fundraising, or sales within a cultural/charitable venue or creative arts organisation.
- Demonstrable experience in driving B2B and B2C relationships, with success in securing corporate sponsorships or individual donations.
- Experience managing commercial venue hires, including client cultivation, contract negotiation, and event operational oversight.
- Experience in finance and budget management alongside setting/achieving ambitious income targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present high-quality proposals and speak passionately about STST's mission to stakeholders.
- Strong project management and administration skills, with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A strong network of contacts and past partnerships, within the arts or impact investment industries.
- An outgoing, social, and proactive personality who genuinely enjoys engaging with a wide range of people and building communities.
- An energetic, highly motivated team player with a "can-do" attitude, comfortable working independently and building new systems, driving decision-making in their areas of responsibility.
