Retail Assistant – Motorsport Events & Pop-Up Retail (UK Wide)

Uggly&Co is a fast-growing motorcycle and adrenaline lifestyle clothing brand, and we're looking for friendly, organised, and outgoing individuals to join our retail team for motorsport events and pop-up retail activations across the UK.
You'll work at a variety of exciting motorsport and lifestyle events throughout the year, supporting our retail operations in fast-paced, high-energy environments where customer experience, teamwork, and efficiency are key.

- Availability: Weekend work available throughout the year, with opportunities for additional shifts
- Hours: Typically 10–12 hour shifts depending on event requirements
- Pay: £125–£150 per day (depending on experience)
The Role
As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting with their shopping needs
- Providing product knowledge and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Operating the till and processing transactions accurately
- Bagging and handling orders efficiently during busy periods
- Maintaining store presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
- Supporting merchandising by keeping displays well-stocked and visually appealing
- Upselling products where appropriate to maximise sales opportunities
- Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Handling customer enquiries in person and occasionally over the phone
- Working collaboratively with the team to manage high footfall and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Assisting with event setup and pack-down where required
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in busy environments
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a bonus
- Previous retail, merchandising, hospitality, or event experience is helpful but not required – full training provided
- Ability and willingness to travel to event locations across the UK

- You may work independently on the shop floor during peak periods, with management support always available
- Travel and accommodation arrangements may vary depending on the event location, you will need to get yourself to the event location
