We are expanding and taking on two new therapists
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various spa treatments and services, including deep tissue massage, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience while promoting our range of services.
Duties
- Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massage, facials and beauty treatments
- Reception duties - a knowledge of Premier Core & Journey would be an advantage
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment rooms and common areas.
- Engage in social media management to promote spa services and special offers.
- Assist in upselling additional services to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to address guest needs and preferences.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout all interactions.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy Is Required
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques, particularly deep tissue massage, BIAB nails, lash lifts
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in front desk operations is desirable.
- Familiarity with social media for promotional purposes is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Management experience is a plus but not essential; however, leadership qualities are highly valued.

This job is fixed term maternity cover for 1 year but with the look to stay on after.
