Production Operative – 40 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our busy team at our well-established food production facility in Boston.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will work as part of a dedicated production team to manufacture our range of high-quality meat products while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing and producing haslets, pork pies, burgers, and our famous sausages.
- Breaking down joints of meat for production.
- Assisting in the Cook Room with food preparation and cooking processes.
- Following food hygiene, health and safety, and quality procedures at all times.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will:
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
- Be capable of lifting and carrying loads of up to 25kg as part of the role.
- Previous experience in meat or food production is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Hours of work will be as follows, but additional hours are required during busy periods:
Monday 6am – 3pm
Tuesday 6am – 3:30pm
Wednesday 6am – 2pm
Thursday 6am – 2pm
Friday 6am – 2pm
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
