The Role:
As Store Manager, your primary mission is to move from control to influence, developing your team to deliver excellence naturally. You aren't just managing day-to-day operations; you are building a thriving, self-sufficient team and driving store performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver our"Big 5": Lead by example to ensure your team consistently provides unrivalled customer service through friendly greetings, smiles, chats, and genuine farewells.
- Master the Standards: Maintain a sparkling, spotless store environment and ensure our handcrafted, delicious products are served to brand standards every single time.
- Perfect the Routines: Execute weekly business routines seamlessly and run the Bewiched Communication Cycle to ensure complete alignment across your entire team, from your full-timers to the Sunday person working a 3-hour shift.
- Own the Business: Keep a strong grip on stock management, waste reduction, and labor metrics to drive a highly profitable, successful store.
