Boat Trailer Fabricator
De Graaff Trailers is a small, friendly, family-run business specialising in boat trailers, and we are looking for a Fabricator to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is hardworking, reliable and keen to learn, with a genuine interest in welding and fabrication. Full training will be provided, so previous experience in boat trailer fabrication is not essential.
The Role
You will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of boat trailers, learning our procedures and developing your skills in welding, fabrication and general trailer construction.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is hardworking, punctual and reliable
- Has a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Is able to work independently and self-motivate
- Works well as part of a small team
- Is friendly, approachable and personable
- Takes pride in keeping their work area clean, tidy and organised
- Has a good knowledge of tools and understands how to use them safely and correctly
- Has an interest in welding, fabrication and practical work
- Takes pride in producing a high-quality finished product
