Opportunity to play a key role within a well-established and respected civil engineering design consultancy engaged by major house builders across Scotland.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be a key member in designing and developing residential infrastructure projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects while honing your technical skills in a collaborative and flexible environment.
Duties
- Develop detailed civil designs using Site3D and AutoCAD.
- Produce and analyse designs for residential infrastructure projects including roads, drainage and site development.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and oversee project progress from conception through completion.
Skills
- Proficiency in Site3D or other design software (Training can be provided) and AutoCAD for detailed design work.
- Experience with delivering safe, buildable, value engineering solutions including earthworks, roads, drainage and SuDS.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Minimum Qualifications
- HNC/HND in civil engineering.
- Working towards or having achieved IEng/CEng.
