Lettings Administrator
Location: Newark-On-Trent
Contact Type: Full-time, Permanent (35 hours per week, 9:30am - 5pm)
We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join our busy and friendly team. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
As a key member of our lettings team, you’ll be at the centre of the customer journey, ensuring that tenancies run smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with landlords, tenants, and colleagues across the business, you’ll provide vital support that helps deliver a seamless experience for everyone involved.
What you'll do
- Support the day-to-day operations of a busy residential lettings department.
- Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and tenancy progression processes.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and utility providers to deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Manage enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with negotiators and property managers to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Contribute to the success of the branch by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
