Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Build positive relationships that promote safety, trust, and wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain structured routines and daily timetables.
- Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support household tasks such as shopping, cooking, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Monitor health and wellbeing and report any concerns appropriately.
- Administer prescribed medication in line with care plans and procedures.
- Support emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing through activities and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.
- Promote a safe, structured, and nurturing living environment.

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (clean licence required).
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable).
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days and nights.
- Minimum 36 hours per week with additional hours available.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding principles.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
