We're looking for an exceptional hospitality leader to join our management team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves leading from the front, and takes genuine pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences. You'll play a key role in shaping every service, motivating your team, and ensuring every guest leaves planning their next visit.
As a Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of service. You’ll set the tone, drive standards, and ensure every guest leaves planning their next visit.
You'll spend the majority of your time on the floor, leading busy services, coaching your team, and delivering exceptional hospitality every single shift.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading Service
- Taking full ownership of busy shifts and event nights
- Running inspiring pre-shift briefings
- Maintaining pace, energy, and attention to detail during service
- Ensuring smooth coordination between bar and floor
Driving Guest Experience
- Being visible and accessible throughout service
- Handling feedback and resolving issues confidently
- Building relationships with regulars and event guests
- Achieving high guest satisfaction and repeat bookings
- Ensuring every table receives exceptional and memorable service
Coaching & Developing the Team
- Leading by example in attitude, standards, and work ethic
- Training staff in upselling and premium cocktail knowledge
- Supporting supervisors and developing future leaders
- Maintaining a positive, motivated culture where standards never slip
Operational Oversight
- Supporting rotas and labour control
- Monitoring service standards and performance
- Overseeing opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining health & safety compliance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue
- A visible, energetic leadership style
- Strong floor management skills during high-volume service
- Passion for hospitality and creating atmosphere
- Commercial awareness (labour, sales, and upselling)
- Confidence handling customer complaints professionally
