To be a successful Assistant Supervisor you will need to be flexible as we operate 7 days a week
The successful candidate will need to undergo a Basic DBS check as part of this role

About the role?
Customer Service Assistant Supervisors are responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
You must be over 18 years of age to work for us due to gambling legislation.
Your main duties will include:
· Providing customers with an exceptional level of service
· Handling cash
· Giving change and calling bingo
· Promoting all new products and offers
· Serving Customers with refreshments
· Keeping the venue clean and tidy
· Checking I.D. of all customers who look 25 and under
· Following guidance and procedures including strict legislation
