Must be 18 plus due to personal care. Previous experience and completion of NVQ2 or equivalent is essential. You may be required to undertake the care certificate once your qualifications and any previous work experience has been reviewed.
We are a person centred care home and you must be reliable, adaptable, flexible and have a caring nature with a committed attitude towards your role within our organisation.
You must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team. Duties to include: assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and meal times, generally monitor and maintain residents well being as well as assisting with social and entertainment activities, there will also be some light domestic duties.
Uniform provided.
Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure, expense will be met by the employer.
Hours to include split shifts, week days and weekends. Additional hours may be required to suit business needs.
Shifts include: 8-11am, 8-2pm, 7-4pm, 8-8pm, 8-8am
