Evening Care assistant required for small residential home in Thorngumbald, just outside of Hedon, Hull.
24 hours per week worked as 4 x 6 hour shifts, 4-10pm shifts . Set 2 week rota with alternate weekends.
Duties include providing personal care, company and mental stimulation for 20 service users living with a range of conditions such as dementia, old age frailty and stroke.
Experience is essential. A flexible approach to sickness and holiday cover is needed as we have a small, close knit staff team.
