We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Administration Assistant who thrives in a process-driven environment and provides the backbone of support for our commercial team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sales Processing: Validate and process contracts with absolute precision, ensuring that all data meets supplier requirements and strict internal timescales.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Perform rigorous compliance checks and monitoring to ensure that every contract meets our high standards of quality and transparency.
- Relationship Management: Act as a reliable point of contact for our internal sales team, external partners, and suppliers. Your ability to communicate professionally is vital.
- Operational Ownership: Manage the administrative lifecycle of a sale, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they become problems.
